WORK IN PROGRESS

Franz Ehn is a designer, sound artist, and electronic musician, who lives and works in Vienna. While pursuing his degree in industrial design at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, he worked on sculpture, architecture, and product design projects for clients in Vienna, Munich, and Berlin. His work experience in different design-related fields and his passion for music led him to experiment with sound, its compositional and performative aspects. In his practice, he explores natural phenomena and implements certain properties for sonic creations. The outcome can range from musical instruments to research-based sound installations.
